- Mobalize shoulders (Foam Roll & Light Barbell work)
- Open up Front Rack & Overhead Press
- Legs – Fast/light reps of Back/Front Squat
Workout
- Pace it from the start (Be ready for HR to go up)
- Thrusters (Fast short breaths)
- Squat with the bar
- If you need to rest, do it over head

- Break up the reps
- Keep your kip tight
- Don’t force reps early
- Keep getting back on the bar
- Dont get chalk
